  • International orders will take 2-3 days to be delivered. It may take longer due to the custom clearance and it may vary from country to country.

  • International shipping may incur VAT, governmental charges, clearance customs charges. These costs will be covered by you. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order to ensure you informed of any potential charges.

  • Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, Holiday periods, Weekends and Ramadan.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the customers have provided a wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, ANGEL CODE cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

  • Customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility.

  • In the event where the order value exceeds a specific threshold, we will apply different shipping charges, which we will inform you about before issuing the invoice.

Return & Exchange

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN 

For UAE orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, foreign odor including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging.

1- Please send us an email to: info@angelcode.ae to request a return stating your order number to notify us on your intention to return an item.

2- For UAE orders, we will arrange pick up with courier. This will cost 28 AED which will be deducted from your credit voucher.

For international returns on orders, Full cost of courier, collection and return will be covered  by the customer.

3- Once we receive your items and we confirm that they meet all the return requirements, we will be issuing your refund in a form of a credit voucher that will be available in your account

Returns for items bought at full-price are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase. Credit Vouchers will be issued based on merchandise returned accompanied by receipt in the original condition.

Please note, Shipping Fees will not be refunded.
Merchandise must not be unworn, unaltered, or unwashed and must have all tags and accessories attached. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process only store credit after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.

SALE ITEMS:

We do not offer refunds for Any Sale Items. Sale Items can either receive store credit for the same value of the product(s) or Exchange with the same product of different size.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE:

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you have received an item which you think maybe faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.

For International orders, if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.

PROCESSING TIME:

We process all of our returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 48 hours from the time of your request.
